Kojo Ayisah Amakyi Popularly Known By His Stage Name As "Shay D" Is A Ghanaian Recording Artiste And A Song Writer. He Was Born In Breman Esikuma In The Central Region Of Ghana On 6th Of September 1993 As The Last Child In A Family Of 5 With Strong Ties To Musical Instruments As His Grandfather Use To Play The Guitar In Church And His Parents Being Both Bankers Influenced His Decision To Start A Music Career. The Product Of Politcal Science And Adult Educaton From The University Of Ghana, Accra  Ghana Has Recorded Songs And Performed With A Couple Of Artists In Ghana Like Trigmatic, Epixode, Luther, Gemini And Ak Songstress To Name A Few. He Believes Music Expresses His Core Beliefs Both As An Artistes And As A Person. Music Allows Him To Say What He Cannot Say In Words. He Simply Creates What He Believes In As An Individual. He Does Not Seek To Connect With Everyone But With People Who Also Share His Beliefs.
